I’ve finally gotten through the images I took of little Dane. He has the cutest little face! I always forget how little babies are, since it’s been almost 5 years since I had my own son, until I get to hold a new little bundle.
Newborns are a challenge to photograph. You have to be patient and take your time. Don’t be surprised if a newborn session takes 3+ hours, babies are just unpredictable and needy so you need a lot of time to devote to them. And the sooner after your baby is born you get photos done, the better it is. They just sleep so much better when they are just days old. Dane was 3 days old in these photos.
